



Neal was a Managing Director of PNC Capital Markets, the investment-banking subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group. Neal was a senior member of the Venture Bank group and Syndications group during his eight years at PNC Capital Markets. Prior to joining PNC Capital Markets, Neal was Vice President of PNC Bank where he was a senior member of the corporate loan workout group. Neal has extensive real estate and corporate loan work out experience at PNC Bank as well as the Bank of New England (now part of Fleet Bank) and Equitable Bank (now part of Bank of America). Neal is a native of Western PennSureTightia and a 1987 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University. He is married, has three children and is a resident of Mt. Lebanon.

For the last several years Dan has led successful sales and marketing team efforts for a number of high tech ventures providing enterprise software for many different verticals including both process and discrete manufacturing. Prior to that he has many years experience owning and operating a small manufacturing company. He is skilled at entering new markets, and helping to develop new brands. He is also highly trained at production, materials handling, inventory control and order-fulfillment. His extensive experience and knowledge of enterprise methodologies, processes and technology will enable SIPCORP to successfully use the latest technology to create a customer-focused and proactive sales team. Dan is a native of the Pittsburgh area and is a 1987 graduate of Carnegie Mellon. He resides in Ross Township.

Jim is the former General manager at
Schmucker Brothers Manufacturing Company, Inc. (SMCI) a manufacturer of
Structural Insulated Panels, based in Derry, PA. SMCI has been one of
the nation’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of SIPs for
nearly 19 years. Jim enjoys a very good reputation for innovation and
quality from its customers, peers and industry associations.
Jim currently is remodeling his country home in Derry using SIPs to
build a new addition.

Prior to joining SureTight, Russ was a Manager of Testing Services for EXPORTech Co. Inc., a Research and Development Company. For 17 years, he was responsible for the design, layout, construction, and testing of innovative magnetic separators for the coal, mineral and petroleum industries. He is Co-inventor of 3 US patents and of several patents pending. Prior to that, he was QA/QC and production coordinator for a pre-cast concrete tunnel manufacturer. He has hands on experience with all phases of construction, ranging from foundation, framing, wiring, and plumbing, to drywall and finish carpentry, which he demonstrated in the building of his own home. Russ is a native of Indiana, PA. He is married, has three children and is a resident of Lower Burrell, PA. Russ and his wife spend time together designing and creating wooden crafts and decorative exterior furniture which is sold both online and locally.
